Mr. Rosenkoetter, the Managing Director, combines extensive pharmaceutical and consumer healthcare management experience with over twelve years of consulting. He specializes in developing new avenues for profitable growth, improving in-market effectiveness, and creating transformational solutions for organizations within the Life Sciences Industry.

Prior to becoming a consultant, Mr. Rosenkoetter spent twelve years in the pharmaceutical, medical products, and consumer healthcare markets at G.D. Searle & Co., and Eli Lilly. At Searle, he held numerous senior management positions including Director of Business Development, and Director of Business Operations for both Latin America and Asia Pacific & Canada. He has managed numerous successful pharmaceutical and consumer healthcare product/country launches.

Mr. Rosenkoetter has served as a Senior Advisor to the World Bank and the World Health Organization and has participated in projects funded by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.

Mr. Rosenkoetter is a cum laude graduate of The Monmouth College and received his Master of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University.
