Situation
A $15 billion multinational was seeking to extend its product portfolio into new therapeutic areas as part of a breakout strategy. They were soon going to be competitively disadvantaged or experience low growth in 80% of their current product line.

Actions
We conducted technology and market assessments, identified additional therapeutic areas, products / indications and targets that would establish viable new franchises. In addition, we created a roadmap for executing the breakout strategy.
